Nyimpini Mabunda is a seasoned executive and business strategist renowned for driving transformative results and changes at leading, diversified multinational corporations. He has a proven track record of removing roadblocks and surpassing ambitious business goals in South Africa, United Kingdom, and Uganda.
As a forward-thinking CEO and Board Chairman, Mr. Mabunda has successfully navigated complex market landscapes, leveraging his deep industry knowledge and understanding of emerging global trends. He has over 25 years of experience in revenue growth, digital transformation, innovation, and business turnarounds.
Zandile Mposelwa is a communications and public affairs expert, diversity and inclusion advocate, moderator, keynote speaker, and leader focused on helping others achieve their goals by identifying and aligning with their purpose. She strongly believes that every action should align with a greater purpose and aim at creating a positive impact.
She has over 25 years of leadership experience in various roles within the FMCG, retail, petrochemicals, and packaging sectors at companies such as Home Choice, Woolworths, BP, Nampak Tetra Pak, and Kellogg’s.
Currently, she leads the Corporate Affairs team at Kellanova South Africa (previously Kellogg’s), where she is responsible for building resilience, fostering growth, and enhancing reputation to strengthen the organisation’s licence to operate.
Dawn Isdale is a values-driven leader and change-maker with over two decades of experience at 3M. She currently serves as the Director/Country Leader for 3M South Africa and the Regional Channel Leader for the Safety & Industrial Business Group. In these dual roles, Dawn combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, navigating complex commercial, regulatory, and socio-economic environments with clarity and purpose.
Her leadership journey spans strategic marketing, business transformation, portfolio and channel management, and community impact. Dawn has led large-scale restructuring efforts, successfully guiding the South African subsidiary through a leaner, more focused operating model. She has championed distributor consolidation and realigned go-to-market strategies to unlock growth, while remaining deeply committed to inclusive, ethical leadership. Her ability to build trust, inspire teams, and lead with empathy has made her a respected voice across the business and social impact landscape.
