Nyimpini Mabunda is a globally experienced executive, board chairman, and business strategist with over 25 years of leadership across multinational corporations in South Africa, the UK, and Uganda. Known for driving transformative growth, Nyimpini has a proven track record in revenue acceleration, digital transformation, innovation, and business turnarounds across diverse sectors including FMCG, telecoms, energy, healthcare, and financial services.
He currently serves as Chairman of Schindler Lifts South Africa and holds non-executive board roles at Lombard Insurance, The Bevco Company, and Octodec Group. He previously held senior leadership roles including CEO of GE Southern Africa—overseeing 14 markets—CEO of Vodacom’s Consumer Business Unit, and Managing Director of Diageo/Uganda Breweries. He also served as a Senior Advisor at Boston Consulting Group.
A passionate advocate for inclusive leadership and team empowerment, Nyimpini is known for building cultures that foster creativity, collaboration, and customer-centricity. His leadership style continues to inspire organizational excellence and talent development at every level.

Nomsa Chabeli

Ms. Nomsa Chabeli is a dynamic and transformational leader with a proven track record of driving strategic growth, innovation, and excellence in every role she has undertaken. With extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, she brings a unique blend of commercial acumen and deep understanding of public service media to her role as Group Chief Executive Officer of the South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC). As a member of the Global Task Force on Public Media (GTF),
Ms. Chabeli contributes to international conversations on the future of public service media, advocating for sustainability, innovation, and the critical role of media in democracy. Her appointment reflects her leadership in navigating the evolving broadcasting landscape and ensuring the long-term viability of public broadcasters in a rapidly changing digital world. Before joining the SABC, she held senior leadership positions at MultiChoice, where she successfully led SuperSport’s operations across various global markets, delivering strong commercial performance and audience growth.
Her career also spans key strategic roles at MTN, Edcon, Brand South Africa, and the Government Communication and Information System (GCIS), demonstrating her expertise in marketing, digital transformation, and brand strategy.
Joe Eshun

KEYNOTE SPEAKER
Joe Eshun is the Chief Executive Officer for Deloitte in East Africa covering Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania. Prior to this role, Joe served as the East Africa Regional Strategy & Innovation Leader, Public Sector Industry Leader as well as the Deloitte Global Public Sector Leader for Priority Markets. Joe has worked with both the public and private sectors in the areas of strategy development, operations improvement, project management and financial management. Throughout his over 25 years of experience, Joe has advised a number of key clients in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and Ethiopia. He also served as the Chair of the Board of Advisors of AIESEC Tanzania Chapter from 2005 - 2017.
Joe is a leadership trainer for Deloitte and has in the last fifteen years led the training of over 60 senior managers and directors in Africa and Europe. He is an accredited trainer at Deloitte University in Belgium and has also assisted several clients in the development of their leaders.
Before joining Deloitte in 2001 he worked for another Big 4 firm in Kenya from 1995 - 1999 and for AIESEC from 1992 – 1995 in Ghana and Belgium.
Joe Eshun holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Ghana and an MBA from the University of Cape Town.
He is also a Member of the UK Institute of Management Consultants.
Zandile Mposelwa
is the Corporate Affairs Director at Kellanova South Africa and the 2024 recipient of the Gender Mainstreaming Positive Role Model Award for her outstanding commitment to gender advocacy in the workplace.

Zandile Mposelwa is a seasoned communications and public affairs professional, diversity and inclusion advocate, moderator, keynote speaker, and purpose-driven leader. With a firm belief that every action should align with a greater purpose, she is passionate about creating meaningful impact and empowering others to fulfill their potential.
She brings over 25 years of leadership experience across the FMCG, retail, petrochemicals, and packaging industries, having held key roles at Home Choice, Woolworths, BP, Nampak Tetra Pak, and Kellogg’s.
In her current role as Corporate Affairs Director at Kellanova South Africa (formerly Kellogg’s), Zandile leads strategic efforts to build resilience, drive growth, and enhance the company’s reputation, strengthening its licence to operate.
Zandile holds an MBA from Henley Business School and was honored with the 2024 Gender Mainstreaming Positive Role Model Award in recognition of her dedication to gender advocacy in the workplace.
Beyond her professional achievements, she is a proud mother to a 20-year-old son and a 4-year-old daughter.
Dawn Isdale

Dawn Isdale is a values-driven executive with over 20 years of leadership experience at 3M, where she currently serves as the Director and Country Leader for 3M South Africa, as well as the Regional Channel Leader for the Safety & Industrial Business Group. Her career spans strategic marketing, business transformation, portfolio and channel leadership, and corporate social responsibility.
Known for her ability to lead with empathy, purpose, and precision, Dawn has guided the South African subsidiary through key restructuring initiatives, realigned go-to-market strategies, and championed ethical, inclusive leadership practices. Her focus on building trust and empowering teams has positioned her as a respected voice in both corporate and community spaces.
Dawn is a Chartered Marketer with a master’s degree from the University of Johannesburg, where she researched green marketing strategies. A passionate advocate for sustainable development, she actively leads programs that uplift youth, small businesses, and underserved communities through education, technical training, and enterprise mentorship
Her leadership bridges business strategy with social impact, driving meaningful, long-term change that extends well beyond the boardroom.
Mashudu Lembede
Mining Market Leader – Africa, Bureau Veritas

Mashudu Lembede is a seasoned mining and business development leader with over 17 years of experience across the mining, testing, inspection, and certification industries. She currently serves as the Mining Market Leader for Africa at Bureau Veritas, where she plays a strategic role in driving market growth, client engagement, and operational excellence across the continent.
Her career journey began as a geologist in South Africa’s platinum and coal sectors before transitioning into business development at Bureau Veritas, where she rose through the ranks to become Regional Head of Sales for Southern Africa and later Country Chief Executive for Bureau Veritas Zambia.
Mashudu is passionate about advancing African business potential and is a strong advocate for education and entrepreneurship. She serves as the South African Ambassador for the Women in Africa Initiative, a global platform dedicated to empowering African women leaders. She also mentors young women through initiatives like DreamGirls International and corporate social responsibility programs.
She holds a Master of Management in Strategic Marketing from Wits Business School, along with a BSc (Hons) in Geology from the University of the Witwatersrand. Her expertise spans business strategy, mining operations, marketing, and stakeholder engagement, making her a respected voice in both technical and leadership spheres across the African mining landscape.
Aneshree Naidoo
CFO of Webber Wentzel. A Chartered Accountant and was awarded the South African Young CFO of the Year Award in November 2023.

Aneshree Naidoo has been described as an "unconventionally colourful CFO" and quoted on many occasions as saying "take care of people and the numbers usually work themselves out". She is the CFO of Webber Wentzel, the leading full-service law firm on the African continent with over 150 years of experience. She is a Chartered Accountant and was awarded the South African Young CFO of the Year Award in November 2023. She previously held the position of CFO of Deloitte Consulting Africa for 5 years and has a successful track record of leading finance and operational areas within local and multinational companies.
She is an ambassador for Africa and for equalising opportunities for all and has enjoyed speaking at global ICT forums in Germany and New York City. Her leadership style is simple authenticity, and her personal mantra is "Make It Count!".
Fathima Ebrahim
Head of Marketing for Liquid Intelligent Technologies. She brings 25 years’ experience spanning the automotive, broadcast technology, education, energy, tourism and health sectors.

Fathima is a seasoned marcomms practitioner. She brings 25 years’ experience spanning the automotive, broadcast technology, education, energy, tourism and health sectors.
She is currently the Head of Marketing for Liquid Intelligent Technologies- a pan-African technology group with capabilities across 14 countries, primarily in Sub-Saharan Africa. Her experience spans the African continent working for a range of local and international clients and brands. She holds a Bachelor of Administration degree from the University of Kwazulu-Natal and studied MAP at Henley Business School (Advanced Management Programme) and the Gordon Institute of Business Science in South Africa. In addition, she has participated in the Melcrum ‘Accredited Internal Communicator’ Programme (Black Belt).
Prior to joining Liquid Intelligent Technologies she was the Vice President: Media Relations at APO GROUP. Before joining APO, she was Senior VP and Group Account Director at 2 of the world’s largest PR agencies- Edelman & Weber Shandwick. She also did a 10 year stint at MultiChoice/DStv in The Corporate Affairs and Broadcast Technology divisions. Fathima also spent seven years as a college principal.
Zinhle Twala
A dynamic South African leader, passionate communicator, and vibrant presence in both media and community development.

Zinhle Twala is a dynamic South African leader, communicator, and media personality, known for his work in radio and community engagement. A Pretoria native, he is a husband and father of two, with a background in sports and education from the University of Pretoria. For nine years, he has hosted on Impact 103 Radio and currently leads the Morning Drive Show, earning a 2024 Telkom Radio Awards nomination. He also anchors 3C Live and is a seasoned voice artist. Zinhle actively contributes to social causes through the Mahlasedi Foundation and various faith-based organizations, while professionally serving as Operations Manager and executive member at 3C Church, and Media Liaison for a national faith-based network.
